Limitation of Liability & Risk of Loss

1. Transfer of Risk All items purchased from NoRefNeeded / Notus Trade Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

2. Delivery Estimates Shipping dates and delivery estimates provided are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. NoRefNeeded/ Notus Trade Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs, or expenses resulting from shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or "Force Majeure" events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions).

3. Stolen or Lost Packages NoRefNeeded/ Notus Trade Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked the shipment as "Delivered" to the address provided by the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting a signature for high-value items.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. NoRefNeeded / Notus Trade Company  is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Any additional shipping costs incurred to reship a returned package will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Maximum Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NoRefNeeded/ Notus Trade Company  be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the shipment of your order. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a shipping issue shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
